The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has declared the CA Foundation Sep 2025 results today, November 3, 2025. The CA results for Foundation Sep 2025 is announced at 11 am. Candidates can download the CA Foundation Sep 2025 result from the official website - icai.nic.in. To access the CA Foundation results, candidates are required to log in with their roll number and registration number. ICAI also announced the CA Foundation 2025 pass percentage and Foundation toppers 2025 along with the results. The CA Foundation Sep 2025 pass percentage is 14.78%. Meanwhile, the CA Foundation Sep 2025 pass percentage for male is 15.74% and 13.76% for female. The CA Foundation exam was held on September 16, 18, 20 & 22, 2025. The institute will open the CA Foundation Sep 2025 result verification and certified copies inspection window after declaring the results. Candidates who are successful in the CA Foundation result would be eligible to register for CA Inter, which is the second level of the CA course.

To qualify for ICAI CA Foundation results Sep 2025, candidates should secure a minimum of 40% marks in each subject and 50% aggregate in all four subjects in a single attempt. According to the ICAI CA Foundation exam pattern, there is a negative marking of one-fourth of the marks allotted to a particular question for each answer marked incorrectly.

Candidates must complete a study period of eight months to appear for CA Inter exams. This means that the students who pass the CA Foundation Sep 2025 exams will be eligible to appear for the next level of CA exams. The next CA Intermediate exams will be conducted in January 2026. ICAI has announced the CA Intermediate January 2026 exam dates on its website.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has declared the CA Foundation Sep 2025 result on November 3, 2025.
Candidates who fail to clear CA Foundation exam in their first attempt can retake the exam. CA Foundation exam is conducted thrice every year, in June, Septemer and January.
Though the syllabus of CA Foundation exam is vast, candidates who have cleared their concepts beforehand can crack the CA Foundation exam by doing continuous revision.
To qualify the CA Foundation exam, a candidate needs to secure minimum 40% marks in each paper and an aggregate of 50% in all four papers. Candidates securing less than the passing criteria specified by ICAI will not be considered to have passed.
